HI, my name is Luke Horn (or BIG LUKE as known in the auto industry). I've been in the auto industry since 1998 and have worked in various positions from sales to internet sales as well as the business office. I have had the fortune to work with many different brands both foreign and domestic brands. I found my home with a great brand in Nissan at a great store Eden Prairie Nissan in Eden Prairie Minnesota. I have 3 beautiful daughters and a GREAT (understanding) wife that I have the privilege to come home to every night. My goal with every customer I work with is to help them accomplish what they set out to do thinking of their best interest (not mine).

A Trust Worthy Salesman I had been car shopping with my daughter to be sure she didn't end up with a vehicle she couldn't afford or that wasn't what she was looking for. Kir I had been car shopping with my daughter to be sure she didn't end up with a vehicle she couldn't afford or that wasn't what she was looking for. Kirk Rose looked at the list of vehicles my daughter was interested in and had the one ready to test drive that he felt would be the best choice for her. She loved the car after the test drive and didn't have any interest in looking at the others on her list, so he obviously did a good job understanding what she was interested in and the price was quite fair so that I didn't encourage her to try negotiating either. My daughter has only had the car for about 3 weeks, but there hasn't been any discussions within our family about the car other than how nice it is and what good treatment Kirk and the others at Eden Prairie Nissan gave us - ice cream included! Excellent experience professionaly managed. Well informed staff on product differentator's help guide the decission making process. I was then migrated through a well choreographed process of touring and meeting the service department, choosing the proper maintenance programs through final inspection and tutoring of electronic features of the vehicle. This well managed process shorten my time at the distributor allowing more drive time in my new vehicle. More

Another Great Experiene Kirk is wonderful to work with and makes the buying experience fun and enjoyable. Everyone at the dealership is very considerate of your time and they have always had everything ready to go for me when I come in to pick up my new lease. Very enjoyable car buying experience I was looking to replace my 2002 Camry, which had served me well for 17 years but was getting toward the end of its life. I visited several Toyota de I was looking to replace my 2002 Camry, which had served me well for 17 years but was getting toward the end of its life. I visited several Toyota dealers and liked their new Camry's, but was not excited about the deals on their 2018 stock. Then I visited Eden Prairie Nissan just before Labor Day to look at possibly buying a Nissan. I test drove an Altima and liked it very much, but decided to get one my year out my current car and take another look next year. Last week I decided it really was time to get a new car so I visited my Toyota dealers again, but didn't buy. I called Gary, the Sales Manager, and told him my situation and he invited me back out. He and Chuck showed me a 2018 Altima they still had in stock and I loved it. The pricing was also very much to my liking, and I signed a deal that day. I spent about four hours at the dealership, but it was very relaxing and didn't seem nearly that long. I've been driving my new car for four days now and am very happy I chose a Eden Prairie Nissan! Thanks to Gary, Chuck and everyone else! More
