I’ve been part of the Volkswagen team for 16 1/2 years. When I joined the company, I started in the Clean-Up Department preparing cars for delivery to clients as well as learning the ins and outs of every car. For the past 13 years, I’ve worked as a Volkswagen Elite Certified Sales Consultants. My experience and devotion guarantees that my clients receive the highest level of customer care and satisfaction. My passion for answering my guest’s questions and helping them make the right decision for their needs in a New or Pre-Loved VW is what motivates me. Car shopping can be a not so fun experience. We are up in Duluth and have leased the last 10 years. With car prices rising, lease pricing didn’t make sense this round. Duluth dealerships insisted on haggling prices and I didn’t have time for that. I researched the vehicle I wanted, reached out to Luther VW Burnsville and was in touch with Luke within 10 minutes on a Wednesday night. By Thursday we had the financing figured out and on Friday I was driving my car home. Straightforward pricing and they were more than fair and accommodating on my lease I turned in (non-VW lease). Would absolutely recommend this dealership and Luke Klingson. More
