Great Experience I was looking for a pretty specific used Toyota Camry that I happened to find at Burnsville Volkswagen. Called the dealer and got transferred to Luke. We set up an appointment and I traveled 100 miles to go look at the Camry. I was pleasantly surprised at the knowledge of the Toyota that Luke had being they are a Volkswagen dealer. He was great and everyone else that I dealt with there was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely buy another car there in the future if the opportunity arises. More

Within an hour, I received a phone call from Luke to set up a time to check it out. They had a large used inventory with multiple options for the exact car I was looking for. During our appointment, Luke was super educated and efficient! We took the car for a test drive, had all our questions answered & were able to sign and drive away within 2.5 hours! As a first time buyer on my own, I was anxious about the process, but they were awesome at breaking everything down & I never felt like I was being taken advantage of. Really easy experience and got my dream car! I've always wanted a manual VW GTI - and Burnsville VW made that happen for me. Walked in, met Luke, and he eventually showed me the car I would later I've always wanted a manual VW GTI - and Burnsville VW made that happen for me. Walked in, met Luke, and he eventually showed me the car I would later purchase. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle; the features, the benefits of the Autobahn trim level, CPO warranty details, everything. The finance department (Tom Walsh) worked with me and made the purchase an easy experience and pricing was transparent. All in all I'm glad I decided to randomly stop in - my experience was better than most other dealerships I've visited, and I am now a proud owner of a vehicle I've wanted for a very long time.
