I’ve been part of the Volkswagen team for 16 1/2 years. When I joined the company, I started in the Clean-Up Department preparing cars for delivery to clients as well as learning the ins and outs of every car. For the past 13 years, I’ve worked as a Volkswagen Elite Certified Sales Consultants. Service tones car I came in today due to engine light on my 2010 VW Passat. Service to repair was quoted at 3000+ and so I said you know what - let’s talk new cars. Luk I came in today due to engine light on my 2010 VW Passat. Service to repair was quoted at 3000+ and so I said you know what - let’s talk new cars. Luke Klingson came out and helped me with the process to where we landed on a 2015 Tiguan and Roger aided in the financial process. All of which went extremely well. Very pleased with the overall process. I should be walking out shortly with the new vehicle. Thanks team! More
