She was professional, prompt with replies and information, and very easy to work with. We never felt pressured or oversold. It was a very down-to-earth interaction and very much appreciated. I've owned two other Tiguans, a Passat, and a Jetta GLI in the past and know the vehicles pretty well inside and out. She did not try to pull over any wool or hit me sideways with the company messaging or sales tactics. I would not hesitate to work with Madison again and recommend her fully. I appreciate that when I come into a purchase, very informed -- but with questions -- they adapt to the level of questions and information I'm requesting and modify their approach instead of starting at the base level sales approach like I've never been in the doors at VW before. I felt like they met me head on and were confident all the way through. This was my oldest son's first car buying experience and they treated him with respect and patience and included him in the process. That will serve him well in the future. I am very impressed with these folks: Madison Davis (salesperson), Luke Klingson (sales)... we didn't deal with him, but his Mom owned the vehicle we bought. He came over with the scoop and helped us out when Madison was tied up. Roger (F&I) was also solid, informative, and did not try to pressure or sell. He went through all the finance options with us and helped us find the best numbers and package. Finally, Jesse gave my son the vehicle orientation... very professional and solid knowledge, patient, great personality. More

Best car buying experience EVER! Buying a car wasn't even on my radar this year but it was time to trade in my beloved old VW Passat wagon. I did a lot of research and visited another VW dealership prior to meeting Luke Klingson and the Luther Burnsville VW family. I got more information in a short phone call from Luke then I got from 3.5 hours at the other dealership! I was so impressed, I decided to take the afternoon off from work and make the trek to Burnsville. I was only there for maybe an hour and a half and had all my questions answered and had quotes on 2 different Passat trims and my trade in. The next day I went back to the first dealership just to compare quotes. Quite honestly, the whole time I was there (maybe an hour) I kept thinking 'why am I here?!?!' When I got the quotes I was ABSOLUTELY sold on Luther Burnsville VW! Not only were the prices higher for the same cars, my trade in was lower and they wouldn't honor my USAA/TrueCar discounts (said they weren't as good as what they could get me) but the salesman (woman) actually treated me as if the look of the car was the only thing I was interested in. Luke put me in a better car with more safety/fun features (that he thoroughly explained) and also made the buying experience very painless!! I am VERY happy with my 2017 Passat SE with Technology and the service I received from Luther Burnsville VW!!! More

Roger in the finance department then got ahold of me a bit later to say everything was approved and verified when I'd be coming by. I didn't realize the day I was going was Luke's day off but he was very accommodating and extremely helpful. The car was waiting when I got to the dealership, we went for a quick test drive and then arranged financing which was quite painless. Roger presented several warranty options and was very informative without being high pressure which I really appreciated. I've heard horror stories of dealership experiences and I have to say mine was very good. Luke knew the car like it was his own, he showed me several things I was unaware of even though I did a lot of research ahead of time. If I'm ever looking for another car I know the first place I'll check, very nice people at this place. More

Tim Wilkins, Sales Manager, sent me the information/sales stickers of the cars I was interested in. When we arrived our salesperson, Luke Klingston, was waiting for us with the two cars we had chosen to test drive, parked in front and running. After test driving, we were offered refreshments, and based on our likes/dislikes, more vehicles were pulled up for our review. We decided on a vehicle and the team went into action to prepare the vehicle (Luke), secure financing (Tom), and write up the paperwork (Luke and Tim). Luke ordered takeout when he found out we hadn't eaten. Luke then reviewed operating procedures and answered all questions we had. The dealership closes at 9pm, but the team stayed until 10:30 to complete the transaction. When Mike Barcalow, Manager, heard I needed a back seat cover for my rescue dogs, he arranged pickup of my vehicle, a rental, and had the cover installed at no charge. Luke and Mike also contacted me a few days after buying the car to see how things were going. This is the third vehicle I have purchased from Burnsville VW, and I'll be back. Awesome team! Thanks!
