Bridget explained clearly and patiently how my credit score would be affected if I had them try to finance me rather than Capitol One. She was so nice I decided I would drive 50 minutes to their dealership rather than 15 mins to the one near me. Tim, their sales manager, called me back after I talked to Bridget, and was equally nice and sincerely helpful in answering my questions about a new GTI SE. I told him I wanted to come in, and he told me to ask for Luke. Luke was as nice as the rest of their crew, very knowledgeable about my GTI, and it was a pleasure to work with him. I was able to purchase my car quickly and seamlessly. I will also take my car to them for service in that i is likely their service dept is a good as their sales dept.
