Best place I've ever bought a car from I found my car over the internet on the Burnsville VW website. I filled out the online credit app on a Sunday night at 9 pm and by 930 am the called a I found my car over the internet on the Burnsville VW website. I went up after work and I arrived by 530 pm and by 615 pm I was on my way home. The sales and finance folks were awesome. They treated me very well and weren't pushy about selling me the extras. DO NOT TRUST THEM I bought a car here last year with Luke Klingson. I secured financing on my own, and told him I did not want financing through the dealership. I tho I bought a car here last year with Luke Klingson. I secured financing on my own, and told him I did not want financing through the dealership. I thought he understood me, but apparently not because my credit report reveals seven hard inquiries from the dealership which were made WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. I now have to file a dispute with all of the bureaus. Shameful of VW to try to do this when I explicitly told them I had financing. I am considering filing a claim with the Better Business Bureau. More

They recognized me by the third time I was in there and I was impressed that although I didn't work with or talk to Linda Radue prior to coming in, she knew exactly what I was in there for and connected us with a great sales men. They obviously communicate with one another and that's really helpful! They definitely care about the customers experience! Luke Klingson was really great. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Gave us a fair deal on my trade in and walked away with a new 2016 Passat. Overall, really wonderful customer service and I'd recommend Luke to anyone I know to help them find a new car at VW! More
