I’ve been part of the Volkswagen team for 16 1/2 years. When I joined the company, I started in the Clean-Up Department preparing cars for delivery to clients as well as learning the ins and outs of every car. For the past 13 years, I’ve worked as a Volkswagen Elite Certified Sales Consultants. I had a great experience buying a (barely) used VW Jetta at Burnsville VW. I worked primarily with Linda Radue and she did a great job helping select a vehicle that met my criteria. Luke Klingson helped get things started when I first visited on a busy Saturday and Linda helped finish up as soon as she was done with her other clients. Jacque Gadient in Finance was very helpful as well making sure that I got the best rate possible. The employees at Burnsville VW really operate as a team which helped me all around. I am really happy with my experience and my new Jetta. Thanks everyone! More

After visiting a handful of dealerships, the guys at Luther Burnsville VW were one of the best associates I've experienced. I came to Luther Burnsville Volkswagon to test drive a used Toyota Camry. I worked with Mike Barcalow and he showed me that for literally a couple dollars more per month, I could get into a brand new (20 used Toyota Camry. I worked with Mike Barcalow and he showed me that for literally a couple dollars more per month, I could get into a brand new (2013) Jetta and spent hours with me while I made my decision. He was very patient and never "pushed" me or "rushed" me to decide. I had a great experience and have already recommended it to other people who may be in the market. More
