Below Average I purchased a Kia a month ago and I'm still needing to go back to and get the car looked at and I still do not have a yellow purchase sticker or plate I purchased a Kia a month ago and I'm still needing to go back to and get the car looked at and I still do not have a yellow purchase sticker or plates. The actual signing for the purchase took almost 2 hours. I will say Luke in the Service Center has been WONDERFUL...great communication and willing to look at whatever it is that has popped up. Otherwise very hard to get a hold of a human on the phone and seem unorganized in the sales dept. More
