He was friendly and helpful and made a stressful situation easygoing and not waste time. On the other hand, the car was advertised as having new tires and being thoroughly inspected by their mechanics. The tires did look new, but they felt a little out of balance. When I got the car home and inspected by mechanics, it turns out the tires were worn for an extended amount of time with the alignment off and the tires are now damaged beyond repair. I will spend $1100 to replace them because of the 20" wheels. Also, there is a leak with the transmission that was not reported to me. It seems like either they did not do a complete check of the car before selling it, or did not care about the problems with the car. It really reinforces my skepticism about buying from car dealerships. More
