Great overall experience: only criticism of was that it was suggested by the person who took my call at White River Toyota that I could custom order a car and I told them what I wanted. As I later learned was suggested by the person who took my call at White River Toyota that I could custom order a car and I told them what I wanted. As I later learned from calling other dealers just to verify this-that was inaccurate; a few other Toyota dealers told me that Toyota wasn’t allowing custom orders of my vehicle and that I’d have to choose from the allotment sent to the dealer. I did, however, appreciate that WRT kept a list of customers and deposits and filled them in an orderly way. When it became clear after a few calls to WRT that I wouldn’t be receiving my desired model based on Toyota’s allotment to WRT- I had to request that the next XLE (not Limited) be allotted to me when it was my turn. I took what I could get and was happy that I could get it at all. That’s sort of the 2022 universal car buying experience summed up. In every other respect the staff was friendly and communicative and I’d definitely consider buying from WRT again even though we live far away. They don’t mark up and I liked dealing with a smaller dealership. It was one of the best most straight-forward car buying experiences I’ve had and everyone was pleasant and helpful. Thanks WRT!
