Easy repair for a tire with a leak. Was fortunate it was in the center, so could be patched. Had the warranty for tires and didn't have to pay and then seek reimbursement as I had fig Was fortunate it was in the center, so could be patched. I was at the dealership for what I thought was my complimentary 12,000 service. I consented to adding a brake flush. At the end I was told I would have to pay for the complimentary service because complimentary 12,000 service. I consented to adding a brake flush. At the end I was told I would have to pay for the complimentary service because it had been more than 3 years since I had owned the car. That was very disappointing and dishonest. More

Greeted promptly and professionally for scheduled oil change. The service was completed within the time I was told. The waiting area was clean. When my car was ready, it had been washed.
