As always, a great experienI recently took my car in for service, and as always, it was a great experience. The team at the Family Kia service department. was friendly and professional right from the moment service, and as always, it was a great experience. The team at the Family Kia service department. was friendly and professional right from the moment I walked in. They took the time to explain the necessary repairs and even provided an estimate before starting any work. I appreciated their transparency and attention to detail. The service was completed on time, and they even washed my car before returning it to me, which was a nice touch. Overall, I felt well taken care of and confident in the work they did. I highly recommend the Family Kia service department. for anyone looking for a hassle-free experience!ce. More

Brought car in for safety recall amd technicians tried to tell me I needed nearly $800 worth of maintance. Come to find out its standard practice to tell everyone they need an alignment if they havemt been t tell me I needed nearly $800 worth of maintance. Come to find out its standard practice to tell everyone they need an alignment if they havemt been to this dealership, claiming they can't see kia history at other locations. First of all, I just had tires put on 7 months ago and obviously had them aligned. This is a blatant upsell and inappropriate. They also claimed i needed other maintance that had been completed last year. Never asking if it was done, claiming its standard. NO ITS NOT! Ask questions about histor dont upsell. I will never be back. Id rather drive to another city for my next recall. Definitely not trustworthy and clearly trying to hustle unknowing customers. More

They need to be more patient and explain things in more detail. They refused to honor a fob replacement. My grandma had all the paperwork from when she bought the Kia. She bought the insurance for the car detail. They refused to honor a fob replacement. My grandma had all the paperwork from when she bought the Kia. She bought the insurance for the car and fob. She came to me very upset. I believe things would have went smoother if your people took the time to explain everything. Ocala was able to help her. After her visit with you she believed her car was about to fall apart. More
