First of all, I just had tires put on 7 months ago and obviously had them aligned. This is a blatant upsell and inappropriate. They also claimed i needed other maintance that had been completed last year. Never asking if it was done, claiming its standard. NO ITS NOT! Ask questions about histor dont upsell. I will never be back. Id rather drive to another city for my next recall. Definitely not trustworthy and clearly trying to hustle unknowing customers. More
