We worked most of the deal with our trade-in through email/text messaging. Since we had a specialty car with low miles it wasn't a typical trade-in. When we got to the dealer the agreement we made thr email/text messaging. Since we had a specialty car with low miles it wasn't a typical trade-in. When we got to the dealer the agreement we made through texting/email was honored, no surprises. After we found the car on the lot we wanted, we test drove it and all the paperwork was completed efficiently. Lyle Herb was very knowledgeable, helpful and nothing was a bother to him. We will definitely give Brandon Ford the first shot at our business on our next car purchase. More
