Not very happy I had an oil change last Saturday and told the service advisor my car sounded loud after I spent 600.00 on a required 60,000 mile service. He stated t I had an oil change last Saturday and told the service advisor my car sounded loud after I spent 600.00 on a required 60,000 mile service. He stated they could not do it but come back Friday with an appointment. Went back on Friday and it took two hours to decide it was my tires. I have tires for life. Then it took an additional two and a half hours to put the tires on. This is the ironic part. On my 24 point inspection all of the tires were rated an 8 but on the previous inspection they were a 7/6. How does tire tread increase in 6 months. After all this the service advisor stated I had to pay for the tires. He didn't even look at the record to see I have tires for life. Surprise!! What is most disappointing is I called twice and left messages for the service manager to call me but he never did. He had an advisor to call. If I wanted to talk to an advisor I would have left a message for him. It is very fustrating when every time i have a service done there is always a problem. Hopefully something can be resolved. Free oil change. Waited little over an hour. Very busy device area. Had to track down my car after feeling I had waited a little long. Had requested tire rotation but that wasn't done. My experience at Harbor Nissan The service was better than excellent and the employees were professional and the tiime spent there I enjoyed free coffee and cookies. In addition The service was better than excellent and the employees were professional and the tiime spent there I enjoyed free coffee and cookies. liers was told I have a lifetime oil changes. truth is it's only free if u have a big sticker across ur back window. if u remove the sticker for better visi was told I have a lifetime oil changes. truth is it's only free if u have a big sticker across ur back window. if u remove the sticker for better vision u will be billed 31.00 for the oil change. was never told this and answer was so what we need ur money. will never buy or refer anyone to this place More

Service Visit 5 stars for Harbor Nissan! We arrived for routine service and we were greeted promptly, 30 minutes later we were instructed on what was serviced and 5 stars for Harbor Nissan!
