I've been a customer of Kia for over 5 years now this will be my fourth purchase of a Kia I will never ever buy any other maker model of vehicle other than Kia I'll tell you why because they always take will be my fourth purchase of a Kia I will never ever buy any other maker model of vehicle other than Kia I'll tell you why because they always take care of me the dealer manager Alberto Ahumada always make sure that I purchase a vehicle that's right for my economy and that I feel happy with the vehicle that I buy and that I leave out of the building with a smile he does that each and every time and I can't see myself going anywhere else and I bring friends and family to purchase vehicles from Greenway in West Colonial Drive in Orlando to make sure they see Alberto and his staff from the financing Department to the salesman Manny and everybody in that staff they make sure that you are taking care of and that you're happy with the vehicle that you are purchasing for the numbers that make sense to you I really appreciate them so much thank you Kia thank you Alberto Ahumada, Manny the salesman and the financing staff for looking out for my better interest I really appreciate you guys so much More

One of the worst disorganized dealers i ever been to, Manager nonexistent in helping out. Called 6 times after purchase after they tried to sneak in a warranty that I did not agree too. Probably the worst car buying experience in my life. First, they sold me a used car and it turned out to already be rusting. Mind you this car had less than 5,000 miles and was sold new in Feb. When I t First, they sold me a used car and it turned out to already be rusting. Mind you this car had less than 5,000 miles and was sold new in Feb. When I tried to return the vehicle they refused to refund my deposit, forcing me to either loose my deposit or purchase a new car. I finally got my new car, but the features they said the car had were only available as an upsell. Not included as the sales person said. Lastly, the EV vehicle that I purchased in the end didn’t even have the charger. They were nice enough to send that along when I called them. Overall, poor experience from the initial contact. More
