A great car-buying experience I have purchased a lot of cars over the years and was pleasantly surprised with my experience with Mac McArthur and the Wynn dealership. Not only was I have purchased a lot of cars over the years and was pleasantly surprised with my experience with Mac McArthur and the Wynn dealership. Not only was Mac patient, extremely helpful and easy to work with, but he knows more about the cars that he sells than any other salesperson with whom I have ever dealt. The whole experience was easy and enjoyable. The selection at Wynn was excellent, and Mac and I quickly and painlessly reached an great deal on the exact car that I wanted. I am thrilled with the car and really appreciate Mac's professionalism, knowledge and experience. The bottom line is that there are plenty of places to buy a car, but very few that can provide the level of service that Mac and Jim Wynn VW do. More

Exceptional purchasing experience I've been an enthusiast for over 30 years, bought and sold many cars, typically high-performance sports cars. When I saw a car of interest (Porsche B I've been an enthusiast for over 30 years, bought and sold many cars, typically high-performance sports cars. When I saw a car of interest (Porsche Boxster S) online, I expected a typical experience with the dealer. What happened after that was anything but typical. After getting 'close' to a deal on the phone, my salesman, Mac McArthur, actually came in on his day off to help me secure the deal before someone else bought the car. He was knowledgeable, knew when to ask questions of others, and bent over backwards (on his day off) to make it all happen for me. I can't say enough how pleasantly surprising this was! His colleagues followed through with the same type of exceptional customer service. I highly recommend Mac and Wynn VW. I was truly very happy all the way from first contact to vehicle delivery. They under-promise and over-deliver! More
