For one my 2019 King Ranch was gonna be traded in for a used 2019 Murano ! They would not give her numbers on that Murano ! Instead they pushed her aside and talked me into a 2026 Rogue Rocky Creek , which I was not there to get me a vehicle ! I just got a Jeep Cherokee that I had 2 days. ! Rueben told me that he was pay it off in full which was $28,460 ! And we never received paperwork on the Rogue when we left after spending over 10hrs at the dealership ! We didn’t receive any paperwork until this past Friday ! We found in the paperwork that almost $10,000 was added as negative equity which never once was told about it ! We came back Monday and my wife still wanted the used Murano ! They still wouldn’t show numbers on the car ! Instead the kept pushing that car off and put her in a 2025 Murano for a 3 year lease ! We were traded in the King Ranch for the used but instead was pushed into the New Murano ! We owed $14,705 on the truck ! After looking at the paperwork again they showed that we owed $22,000 and some change ! That is false documentation and my wife is the co-signer on that truck when we bought ! She never was asked to sign the blank title that I signed ! Therefore she has to sign also before you get the title to the truck ! We live an hour away in Seguin ! And while my wife was driving the car on a main road in Seguin , it died on her in the middle of traffic and wouldn’t start back up ! Luckily my mother in law lives 5miles from our house and brought the spare key ! Now if that were to happen on I-35 or I-10 , I would have been planning a funeral ! The a/c goes from low to high or high to low on it’s own ! The passenger window tint is bubble up ! And while driving the car , it totally loses power to where when I push on the gas it won’t go anywhere ! And we spent another 6 hrs at the dealership on that Monday ! We were the last customers again and still didn’t get the car she wanted , which is still on your lot ! So we are wanting out of this lease that they kept pushing on us ! So we’ve gone over y’all’s heads and made a phone call to someone way higher than yall ! And the car wasn’t even detailed or filled with gas the day we drove it home !

You said on here that yall didn’t have my email address ! That’s a lie ! Honesty , Transparency & Fairness is all a lie ! We were there on the 27th of September ! My wife didn’t get what she really wanted and we didn’t receive any paperwork in hand when we left with the Rogue ! Came back there on the 29th and my wife still didn’t drive out with the used Murano we went there for . And they had me sign all the paperwork again because they made a mistake ! But still was sent home with no paperwork ! I finally received all paperwork for both vehicles on the 10th of October ! 2 weeks from the day we left on the 29th of September ! Y’all just don’t want to confess up that yall screwed up big time ! Now the phone call we made was all recorded and they agreed with us ! Yall haven’t even paid the truck off yet !!!! And I asked that everyone with their hands in this situation to be terminated ! I’m getting ready to get my lawyer & Kens5 here in San Antonio to look at paperwork ! Even the paper I signed and Rueben signed with a payment that we would get . So if you have no good news for me to bring this car back I will take it higher up ! They have not seen the paperwork yet since we talked to them before we received the paperwork Friday the 10th .
