Back in October of last year (2012), I indicated that I would look forward to working with Mack and Billy again in the future. Well that time arrived and once again, the experience was terrific! This time would look forward to working with Mack and Billy again in the future. Well that time arrived and once again, the experience was terrific! This time it was a new Altima and the whole process was fast and easy. I sincerely thank Mack for his time and attention and Billy for his thoroughness and consideration. Who knows what the future holds, but if it calls for a new vehicle, I know who to call and where to go!! More

This was "by far" the best car buying experience a person could have. Mack Allen did everything he said he would " and more ". This is all fact, no paid endorsement here. After being on a waiting list with another dealer, only to missed delivery dates and "sketchy communications", I found the exact model online, and "with Mack's dogged determination", we purchased the car via long-distance communication. He personally delivered (within 48 hours) - drove the car approx. 500 miles to me on a Sunday! Yes this was a "hard to find" model. Mack continues to follow up on small accessories, etc. His attitude was refreshing-helpful-and determined to satisfy. Yes I would and "will" recommend Mack and his dealership to any human on planet earth. And yes I absolutely love the Nissan vehicle. More

Our experience with Nissan Cool Springs was outstanding and Mack Allen has the "wow" factor in his customer service skills. Throughout the process we will well informed on the day of the purchase and the and Mack Allen has the "wow" factor in his customer service skills. We also had an excellent experience with Billy Crabtree concerning the financing and warranty options. He was very clear on all aspects of the transaction and when we walked out of his office we knew exactly what we were spending and the benefits of our warranty. Then before we left with our new NV3500 Mack took us on a tour of the facility introducing us to all the staff we would be dealing with and everyone was very friendly. Mack also explained all the features of our vehicle which was very helpful... We do the transportation for many of the Nissan and Infiniti dealerships as well as the top executives with Nissan NA. I will make sure they know that Nissan NA is a model for other to follow. More

After waiting for 30 minutes, Mack Allen approached us and apologized for the dealership delay in customer service. He then devoted several hours of his time showing us various 2012 Muranos and answered and apologized for the dealership delay in customer service. He then devoted several hours of his time showing us various 2012 Muranos and answered a multitude of questions about the different models and Nissan's family plans, leasing arrangments, and transfering Tennessee lease agreements to Michigan. Mack also introduced us to additional dealer personnel when their special expertise was required. Upon leasing our new 2012 Murano, Mack spent time showing us how to operate its various functions. He was always courteous and helpful throughout. Since arriving home to Michigan with our new Murano, Mack has kept touch by email and phone to answer our futher questions and troubleshoot for us when necessary. Mack Allen should be the prototype auto sales representative. Knowledge of his product and commitment to customer service is paramount importance to him. We will eagerly seek out Mack Allen again should we purchase another Nissan automotive product. More

Everyone was very courteous. We returned to the dealership with the same salesperson because of prior experience. The car that we purchased for our daughter in the summer of 2011 has been very good dealership with the same salesperson because of prior experience. The car that we purchased for our daughter in the summer of 2011 has been very good. We feel secure in her driving it back & forth to college. I had a Mercury Villager minivan and was looking for same. I called Mack & asked him to be on the look out for us. He returned the call when some prospects came to the dealership. I appreciated meeting the owner of the dealership and some of the other key people. I also appreciated being treated respectfully as I purchased the vehicle since my husband was not with me at the time. When we are looking for the next vehicle for our family, I am sure that we will contact Mack first. More
