Service was lackluster. Took 18 hours for the car to be diagnosed. What is the point of a 7am appt when the car didn’t get pulled in until the next day. Never heard from him. We have purchased vehicles from several different Crain dealerships. This one is the worst as far as service. More

Friendly staff with great customer service. Punctual with time and timing. I dropped my car off. Early one morning, the courtesy driver took me to work which I made in plenty of time.
