They lost my appointment for an oil change. Waited four hours for them to fit me in and finish. Also misdiagnosed an issue with my windshield wipers and replaced blades when didn’t have to. My car was there for the Third time for service since feb 11. When picking it up yesterday I was told that the service manager took it home Friday night as well as drove it to lunch Saturday.
