We made a 7:45am appointment. Arrived at 7:30, no one came to get us. Kept trying to up-sale us on unnecessary extra services the entire time. Took over 2 hours. Smith by 10:00am for work and they assured me I would make that. I paid my bill at 9:59, therefore late for work. My Chevrolet takes 30 minutes to get the oil changed. Ridiculous service. More

The service here is good and the staff is knowledgeable. They can be a bit slow to get you in sometimes, but staffing issues are the norm everywhere these days. Crain VW service did a great job explaining They can be a bit slow to get you in sometimes, but staffing issues are the norm everywhere these days. Crain VW service did a great job explaining exactly what kind of extended warranties I had the first time I brought my pre-owned VW in for an oil change and they also went through recommended service milestones with me. Overall the experience is great and I won’t hesitate to go back. More
