He was very responsive to emails after my first visit which I really appreciated because of my sometimes busy schedule. He also explained everything very thoroughly and walked me through the process. Mackenzie was also a great help showing me the features of the car and getting me situated before I left the dealership. She is very personable and knew the car which made things easier when leaving. Overall, I had a great service experience! More
