I am not in their location and had to do all my dealings via phone and email but their participation was focused and pleasant as if I was eating popped corn in their sales floor. Selena and Mackenzie answered my detailed request with documented accurate responses. Unfortunately due to unforeseen personal financial issues (mainly a burst pipe in my attic that took out my kitchen!)
