Came in for oil change and got in and out fast. I think car was washed,too Asked to have inside windshield washed, but that didn't happen. I brought our Jeep Wrangler in because the right side seems to be leaning and noticed that the right front fender is pulling away from the hood and a few other issues with the jeep. We had the appointmen seems to be leaning and noticed that the right front fender is pulling away from the hood and a few other issues with the jeep. We had the appointment scheduled for Tuesday July 19th at 7:15am and didn't get our Jeep back until Friday July 22nd. The problem was the call center did not relay all the information I had scheduled for our service repairs. The most important matter was I informed the call center that our vehicle was still under the mileage warranty but we would not be under warranty by the time of our appointment. The was never relayed to Hudson Chrysler and our service writer, Mackenzie. After speaking with Mackenzie and getting all the information to her that we had for our service appointment she was able to get things going. After the second day, Mackenzie informed us that the fender issue was not going to be covered by the factory warranty because the "Body Guy" stated it was not a factory defect. He stated the bracket that was broken was not a common issue and that it must have been caused by the user or someone else. I can tell you that this Jeep has never been offroad, hand washed, never abused in any way and there is no way this was caused by my wife or myself. This was not noticed when we purchased the vehicle because I spent over an hour looking over this vehicle and the fender issue is quite noticeable. We are also noticing that the vehicle tips to the right and I have pictures to show anyone that is willing to look at them. The technician that performed the work we needed did an amazing job and Mackenzie was an awesome service writer to work with and we will definitely work with her again in the future. However, we are not happy about the fender issue and will be pursuing the matter further for factory warranty repair. If there is anything Hudson Chrysler can do to help ensure this is covered under factory warranty, we would greatly appreciate the help. More
