I was pleased to introduce myself to the Service Department and Parts Department - everyone was alert, pleasant and clearley ready, willing and able to help when the time arises - the heart of the dealership+customer ongoing relationship. The RAM 1500 was well prepped and detailed perfectly. The trade-in price was the perfect picture of equity - good for the dealership and good for the customer. Everyone at the dealership is very helpful. Tom, the service manager, was thorough. Paul the technician took extra steps to diagnose the problem and even went on a test drive with me to see if the probl service manager, was thorough. The people and service were great. Everybody is pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately after paying a bill of over $2,000, the transmission was not repaired and the problem continues in which the auto trans and helpful.
