I was very disappointed in the Covid 19 protocol (or the lack there of really). I wore my mask the entire time (approximately 1 hour). During that time, I observed no one in the shop wearing a mask-even whi lack there of really). I wore my mask the entire time (approximately 1 hour). During that time, I observed no one in the shop wearing a mask-even while they were inside vehicles. The only time I observed anyone wearing a mask or a shield inside the office portion of the building was when the service person came in with a face shield to show me to the front desk; and upon arriving at the front desk, the clerk slipped a mask on. When I went into the shop, my vehicle was just returning from the car wash. Again the person driving was not wearing a mask, and all of the windows were rolled up. He got out, and NO sanitizing took place. It was 90 degrees outside, and I had to drive home with the windows open to even feel slightly comfortable with the amount of germs that were left inside because they did not take the time to sanitize. This experience left me feeling very uncomfortable and upset. More

I have done business with Hudson Chrysler for a long time . Purchased several vehicles along with service . Lately service has been falling off and recently took my truck in for oil change (which I run only . Purchased several vehicles along with service . Lately service has been falling off and recently took my truck in for oil change (which I run only synthetic oil) and they put in standard oil , called McKenzie up and she admitted to the mistake but said I will have to pay the difference in the cost , I won’t argue but my time must mean nothing at all . They should change the oil for free since it will cost me a 1/4 of my day for their mistake . Just good business I would say . Definitely not as pleased lately . Just seams all they want is you to bow down . Maybe time to start looking for new dealership ? More
