excellent bilingual service, we are not treated as a number. We were surprised with the personal touch of such a large dealer, we live in Cornwall and are willing to drive the 1.25 hrs tonget our Jeep servide in We were surprised with the personal touch of such a large dealer, we live in Cornwall and are willing to drive the 1.25 hrs tonget our Jeep servide in Ottawa. The personnel, from the receptionist to the garage attendent to the technicians were professional and do inspire confidence that we are treated with respect. Dan ONeil was able to respond to our questions in French and this we do appreciate. Bravo to the team at Southbank!!!!!!! More

Southbank Dodge where the customer comes first! I had to go 3 times to the dealership to finally get my van fixed because of my bussy schedule and the parts had to be ordered and of course short sta I had to go 3 times to the dealership to finally get my van fixed because of my bussy schedule and the parts had to be ordered and of course short staff due to summer vacations. The guys in the service department worken hard to do the best they could to be helpfull. I had a lot of repairs to do on my Grand Caravan and verry little money, as most people with a mortgage and family. Southbank worked with my budget and got all the repairs done to make sure my van was safe to drive for me, my wife and 3 kids. In fact they went far above any expectations I had. They managed to fix a persistent problem I had with the van for years that other dodge deleaships could not fix. I recommend this place to everyone. More

Dealership's Service was great; the car has let me down I bought a 2010 Dodge Caliber, brand-new. I have babied this car - brought it in for all service calls in a timely fashion; took out the extended war I bought a 2010 Dodge Caliber, brand-new. I have babied this car - brought it in for all service calls in a timely fashion; took out the extended warranty, had it undercoated; don't take long trips (longest are to Montreal); do highway trips and city driving, too. My last service call was for $3525.00. How can a car that gets babied require so much work? I have noticed my service calls are getting more and more expensive - but this one was a "doozy" Since 1981, I have bought/mostly leased about 10 cars. I have always changed my Chrysler vehicles every 4-5 years. My first Chrysler purchase was a 1981 K-car. I babied that car and it lasted 7 years when the engine blew! My Caliber is 7 years old. Should I expect Chrysler products to last around 7 years? I have nothing but compliments for the Service Dept at Southbank. I have been well served for 36 years. I am considering a foreign-made car in future as my whole family have bought Toyotas, Hyundais, Hondas, Nissans, and Kias...and their service calls are never as high as mine. (My mother's 1992 Tercel lasted until she gave up her licence in 2017. Even though her garage said it was on its last legs, that's 25 years!) More

Accommodating, Professional, Affordable Every time I've dropped in to Southbank, as I recently did yesterday (for a slow leak in my front tire), this dealership has been so kind and accommod Every time I've dropped in to Southbank, as I recently did yesterday (for a slow leak in my front tire), this dealership has been so kind and accommodating.They had me in and out in under 30 minutes and my bill was only $24.00. I was promptly greeted and directed to their express service area. No less then two service reps took care of me. Once they were able to determine why my tire was low, they reviewed the work required and the projected price with me before doing the work... and then they fixed the problem. I can't wait for my warrantee to be over (with another dealership) so that I can have this dealership take care of all my servicing. Southbank will be our first stop when looking to purchase our next car, which will be sooner rather than later as we have a 15 year old and a 16 year old soon in need of wheels. (OC Transpo doesn't reach where we live!) My only regret is that I didn't pay attention to the name tags of the service guys taking care of me yesterday. They whole team was friendly and professional. Thank you, Southbank! More

Service for a recall As always the staff in the service was excellent. They make you feel like part of the family. They answer all your questions. They never do any "extra" work without checking with you first - which is fantastic. Always very honest and tell you if something needs to be done immediately or if you can wait on it and give you a timeframe (next service, next six months). Everyone goes the extra mile to ensure you are happy and that you are safe when they get you back on the road. I travel a lot and this means so much. Guy, Madeleine and Dean - HUGS! Thank you for always making me feel so welcomed and taking great care of me! Peter, you have a great team and you're pretty awesome too. Of note, I was disappointed to see that Dean was moved out in to no mans land. His smiling face and great disposition and service at the front desk will be missed. I was told the appointment would take about 2.5 hours and I was out even a bit quicker than that - HI5 to the mechanics!! More
