I’ve visited this service department three times now with my Sportage, and while the representatives at the service desk podiums are consistently nice and deserve five stars for their attitude, the overall e my Sportage, and while the representatives at the service desk podiums are consistently nice and deserve five stars for their attitude, the overall experience has been disappointing. There seems to have been a restructure lately that just isn't working, as the level of service has definitely slipped since 2023. The communication is very poor compared to other Kia locations that provide updates every hour; here, I’m often left in the dark. I was also never offered a courtesy ride or told when to return for my next maintenance. Most frustratingly, a manager told me they wouldn't be responsible for any damages if they washed my car. It is original Kia matte paint, so I would expect the dealership to be the one place that knows how to handle it properly. The people at the desks are great, but the management and the current process really need to improve. More
