I’ve visited this service department three times now with my Sportage, and while the representatives at the service desk podiums are consistently nice and deserve five stars for their attitude, the overall e my Sportage, and while the representatives at the service desk podiums are consistently nice and deserve five stars for their attitude, the overall experience has been disappointing. There seems to have been a restructure lately that just isn't working, as the level of service has definitely slipped since 2023. The communication is very poor compared to other Kia locations that provide updates every hour; here, I’m often left in the dark. I was also never offered a courtesy ride or told when to return for my next maintenance. Most frustratingly, a manager told me they wouldn't be responsible for any damages if they washed my car. It is original Kia matte paint, so I would expect the dealership to be the one place that knows how to handle it properly. The people at the desks are great, but the management and the current process really need to improve. More

I bought my car October 2 2024 3 weeks later my car was making noises I checked the oil and it was bone dry and Feb 19 2025 when it was 9 degrees out side I was going to Witchata Falls Texas I blew the tra making noises I checked the oil and it was bone dry and Feb 19 2025 when it was 9 degrees out side I was going to Witchata Falls Texas I blew the transmission in my carthe car is less than 5 years old but Kia of Abilene could NOT do anything for me because it didn't break down in Abilene. I have called numerous people down here and was hung up on by Cory manager of the service department not 1 person has even tried to help me in Abilene. I can honestly say I really don't have anything nice to say about Kia of Abilene. More

Bought a used vehicle from them, was told they would fix a dent in hood when I brought vehicle in to b fixed they said they wouldn't fix it because it didn't get wrote down. I will never try to buy a car from this dealership again. I found a car online. Had multiple conversations with a salesperson about the price and when it came to purchase the car, the dealership then added I found a car online. Had multiple conversations with a salesperson about the price and when it came to purchase the car, the dealership then added all these hidden fees they never mentioned in all of our conversations. Stay away and shop somewhere else. More

This dealership is terrible, we had everything ready for a car, had all paperwork sent, and already had the car on our insurance, and they sold the car to someone else. who does that, terrible people terrib a car, had all paperwork sent, and already had the car on our insurance, and they sold the car to someone else. who does that, terrible people terrible salesmen.
