My car was dropped off on Monday, May 18th, I called and
messaged multiple times only to be told the service advisor was not available and would "call me back", never heard anything until l contacted someon

I was then contacted on Thursday May 21st (after contacting the dealership next door) and told that nothing was found with my car and would be contacted by 5pm that same day and could get my car if nothing else was found. I was never contacted.
I showed up this morning (Friday, May 22nd) to get my car and was told that there were 47 low voltage codes and a parasitic draw in the BCM and was told it was updated, after initially (and at pick up) being told that nothing was found. I was also informed that my car was completed within 1hr and 45 minutes after drop off on Monday, May 18th. My car has been sitting at the dealership for 5 days, leaving me inconvenienced and having to borrow someone else's vehicle to get to and from work, just to be told there was nothing wrong and then again to be told they did find something wrong. Whether it is a lack of communication or something else, I'm very disappointed with this experience, I brought my car to this dealership to be serviced, not to sit in the lot for 5 days.
