The oil change and tire rotation were completed in less time than estimated, and finally the video highlights of the services performed and the maintenance checks done exceeded any information I have ever received from anyone doing repairs or maintenance on one of my vehicles. Very impressive and exhaustively detailed! I have never gone back to a dealership for an oil change after using up the free ones offered as part of the purchase of a vehicle, but I will continue to return to Subaru of North Tampa for all repair and maintenance work in the future. During my tire rotation, they did not fill my tires with air even though they had low tire pressure. I commented that there looked to be some liquid adhesive or oil dripping down the inside of my windshield air even though they had low tire pressure. They cleaned it up but left smears and told me to avoid parking in the sun to prevent it from occurring again (keep in mind I live in Florida). They did a good job at cleaning the outside of my car, being quick with the service, and keeping me updated on its progress. More
