Scheduling was easy and I really liked the video walk through that went over how and why my car was in good working order. However the complimentary car wash was a bad joke. I just had my first ever experience with Subaru and their service. Overall, the N. Tampa dealership did a good job from start to finish in the process of selling me a 2025 Crosstrek. However, I gave them service. Overall, the N. Tampa dealership did a good job from start to finish in the process of selling me a 2025 Crosstrek. However, I gave them only a four-star rating because I had to bring the car back two weeks after buying it for an oil change that should have been done at the point of sale. The oil change was done through scheduling with Madison G., who made the service experience happen quickly and efficiently. She was friendly and very professional, and she was patient and attentive to all of my questions. Nice job, Madison! More
