After 10 years and 4 vehicles later, I decided to give Tampa's 'other' Subaru a shot. Why? As typical and just before lease expiry, I was looking to cash out equity from an existing lease into a new versi Tampa's 'other' Subaru a shot. Why? As typical and just before lease expiry, I was looking to cash out equity from an existing lease into a new version of the same vehicle. Despite a decade of loyalty, the other dealership disappointingly reneged on an agreed upon offer and vehicle trim I literally shaked hands on. I gave Subaru of N Tampa a chance to match that offer, and I was out the door in under two hours. Almost every sales professional personally introduced themselves to me, and remained endlessly responsive, cordial and polite throughout the purchase process and beyond. Service was likewise stunning post purchase. I know quite a bit about how the car industry works, and I've almost never met anyone as competent, transparent and professional as Sales Director Joe J. He ensured everything ran smoothest, and - unlike the competition - was steadfast in agreed to terms even when Finance slightly pushed back before close. (That was my only hiccup.) Sales associate Chris H was similarly a sheer pleasure from start to finish, with a kind and skillful hand. Both are truly good humans. It's also worth noting the dealership is immaculate, bright, plays fun music, and offers lots of freebies in the customer lounge area. The receptionist is similarly super friendly. Oodles of parking too. None are present at their competitor. Finally, Ashley G is beyond helpful as the Love Encore representative. Two weeks post purchase, she spent considerable time walking me through all vehicle features and ensuring satisfaction with my complete Subaru experience. More

From putting my Subaru in “park” at the service area a kind and professional attendant greeted me by name and walked me in to get the details on car service and expected ETA to complete.
