Technician installed new radiator and new hoses. In the process bolts were snapped off due to rust I'm assuming. Technician did not advise of damage and the radiator was basically floating in place. Luckily I checked the work and located the unsecured brackets before they fell off. Requested to be reimbursed the labor charge with nothing. More

Scheduling was easy and I really liked the video walk through that went over how and why my car was in good working order. However the complimentary car wash was a bad joke. The exterior of my car was still filthy and spotted and the interior vacuuming was shoddy and incomplete. Looked like the work of a six year old that you had paid a quarter and given them a handheld vacuum. The kicker that angered me was that my drivers seat was completely readjusted to fit a much smaller person who must have moved my car. It’s very inconsiderate and thoughtless to rearrange the owners seat and not adjust it back. I’m six foot five. More

I just had my first ever experience with Subaru and their service. Overall, the N. Tampa dealership did a good job from start to finish in the process of selling me a 2025 Crosstrek. However, I gave them service. Overall, the N. Tampa dealership did a good job from start to finish in the process of selling me a 2025 Crosstrek. However, I gave them only a four-star rating because I had to bring the car back two weeks after buying it for an oil change that should have been done at the point of sale. The oil change was done through scheduling with Madison G., who made the service experience happen quickly and efficiently. She was friendly and very professional, and she was patient and attentive to all of my questions. Nice job, Madison! More
