Scheduling was easy and I really liked the video walk through that went over how and why my car was in good working order. However the complimentary car wash was a bad joke. The exterior of my car was still filthy and spotted and the interior vacuuming was shoddy and incomplete. Looked like the work of a six year old that you had paid a quarter and given them a handheld vacuum. The kicker that angered me was that my drivers seat was completely readjusted to fit a much smaller person who must have moved my car. It’s very inconsiderate and thoughtless to rearrange the owners seat and not adjust it back. I’m six foot five. More

However, I gave them only a four-star rating because I had to bring the car back two weeks after buying it for an oil change that should have been done at the point of sale. The oil change was done through scheduling with Madison G., who made the service experience happen quickly and efficiently. She was friendly and very professional, and she was patient and attentive to all of my questions. Nice job, Madison! More
