The customer service was good, I appreciated the video of the inspection and availability to take care of additional issues found at the time. However, my car was returned unwashed which my understanding wa the inspection and availability to take care of additional issues found at the time. However, my car was returned unwashed which my understanding was it was going to be washed as part of the service. I think dinging the customer for a 3% charge for credit card use is petty. More
