My experience at this dealership has not been a pleasant one. We have had to double check everything along the way to ensure “add-ons” that were not discussed or okayed were not placed on our agreement. The one. Then communication on progress of vehicle for the okayed add ones were not returned when contacted and when picking up vehicle, company forgot one add on, said they could quickly do it. I had to wait for over 2 hours. Then when going over final check, 2 add ons were not even done. They only then told me that our hitch was on back order and our remote car starter wasn’t installed because they didn’t have codes yet for the new model. They said that the service department should have called us about these. Why would this have been sold to me in the first place if the company didn’t have codes and then only tell me when I noted that it wasn't included. One manager did say they would try to call around to see if a local company might have the codes and get it taken care of and would call me the following morning with an update. I am still waiting on for that call. More

"I'm extremely disappointed in my experience with Madison at Corwin Toyota of Bellevue.. My husband spent an entire week working with her on a vehicle, We test drove it and told her how interested we Madison at Corwin Toyota of Bellevue.. She said that it had to go through the shop and she would let us know when it was done. Still keeping in contact with her during this time. She text my husband to let him know it was still in the shop but my husband and her negotiated a price and she replied with deal. She took our card for the down payment and said she would start the paper work for us to come pick it up. In the meantime we called our daughter who is turning 16 to tell her the good news and also turned down two other options of vehicles for this one. A couple hours later she calls and says that a newer employee had taken a down payment for this vehicle but didn’t enter it in their system so now we can’t have the car. We then spoke with Nigel the manager and he said there was nothing that could be done. I felt like Imy husband had been strung along and wasted our time. The lack of professionalism was shocking. I would not recommend this sales person or Corwin Toyota to anyone. Be cautious if you're considering doing business with them." I now have a super disappointed 16 year old who was super happy about this vehicle. Ruined her week for sure. . More

Madison was very pleasant and nice, you can tell she is learning which is not a fault of her own, with more experience I believe she will be a great salesperson. There was a problem with my form 6, I had to wait nearly a month to get my form 6 in order to get my plates, registration and pay my taxes. They (Corwin) told me they didn’t have the title and once the got the title they had to redo it because there was no place to sign. This whole process took nearly a month, I don’t like driving with expired tags needless to say temp tags. The lady (sorry forgot her name) who helped me was very nice, other than her the management was ok. More
