Dependable We have purchased several cars from LNCJDR. In July, we purchased my husbands 100th Edition Charger with the awesome help of Maggie and Quame. So it w We have purchased several cars from LNCJDR. In July, we purchased my husbands 100th Edition Charger with the awesome help of Maggie and Quame. So it was only natural when we were looking for a dependable car for my daughter to take to college with her that we called Maggie. Before we arrived she told us about possible options and once we arrived we were able to look at and decide from there. After a couple days we decided and got to finance and changed our mind. Not one time did the team at Dodge get discouraged, they just let us go through our process. We finally decided on yes- a different car but the payment was a little out of reach. Because we have purchased several cars Maggie took it upon herself to speak to the owner/manager Jack Salzman. Once he stepped in everything was worked out in a matter of minutes. .This was truly a team effort and they work really well together. I'm 100% certain we will be back and I have already told some of my family as well. This is our goto place hands down. More

She has been so easy to work with...she seeks to please, knows what's important to the buyer, and works out the deal. The dealership itself is top shelf...from entering the showroom to signing the papers...it is a pleasurable experience. I will go no where else to buy a vehicle. They stand behind their product and insure 100% satisfaction. For my next vehicle...I'll be coming to see Maggie @ Lake Norman. More

A great experience...Maggie Carrigan is the Best!!! I am writing about my experience at Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Ram. I was in the market for a 2013/2014 Ram 1500. I knew exactly what I was looking f I am writing about my experience at Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Ram. I was in the market for a 2013/2014 Ram 1500. I knew exactly what I was looking for and what options I wanted in a new truck. One of the primary reasons I wanted a Ram was because of the new 8 speed automatic, to me an 8 speed tranny in a truck made alot of sense, due to having a few extra gears, that translates to better mpg on the hwy. I also considered Ram having back to back motor trend awards, which translates to reliability. I went into the dealership around closing and was immediately greeted by Margaret(Maggie). Maggie was VERY helpful and patience with me(I visited no less than 5 times) Each time Maggie answer all of my questions and I had a truck that I wanted in mind. The truck was fully loaded, but still did not have all of the options I wanted such as remote start. I wanted that option from the factory, but because the truck did not have remote start or the impressive tow package, I stayed on the fence, not sure if I wanted it. Maggie was very concerned about me being happy with my choice, and even searched other dealers to see if she could get what I wanted, she did not want me to settle on a choice, but wanted me to be happy. She even found a few trucks that were identical to the one I chose, but one was a quad cab(I wanted a crew cab), the other had all the options except it was 4x2 and with a truck of this size, I felt that 4x4 was a necessity Well Maggie came through for me, she found a truck that was fully loaded, and I mean loaded and gave me a good price!! Everyone was very friendly and professional, but in my opinion, if you are looking for a car or truck, ask for Maggie, she will make sure that your needs come first! Thanks Maggie. More

Just Visiting! I was bored one Friday night, and decided to just go "look" at trucks, had no intensions of buying anything, just wanted to browse. I meet Maggie whe I was bored one Friday night, and decided to just go "look" at trucks, had no intensions of buying anything, just wanted to browse. I meet Maggie when I got there and she answered a few questions for me and then asked if I would just like to see a few of the new RAM 1500 Sports, so I said - yea. She was very helpful, we looked a 2 trucks and then drove the one. I liked it and she asked if we wanted to go crunch some numbers on it. We did, long story short, it was a little more than I wanted to pay, but knew it was a good deal and loved the truck so much I ended up buying it. Maggie was so helpful, along with the rest of the staff that stayed late to get things taken care of for me, think it was 9:30 - 10:00 pm before I got out of there.
