Once we decided on a vehi I recently bought a new grand cherokee. This dealership had a great selection of jeeps at each of the various trim levels. Once we decided on a vehicle the negotiations process was as expected. Maggie was very reasonable and easy to work with. AJ coordinated the installation of a hitch a few days after the sale. I was very impressed with the the customer service. I dropped off the jeep and was off in a loaner within 5 minutes on my way to work. Then when the work was done, AJ drove my car down to Uptown Charlotte to drop it off at my office and take the loaner back. Very convient!! Very impressed with the customer service so far. More

We have been looking for a 2014 Jeep for our daughter who will be turning 16 soon. We have visited several Jeep dealerships and done a lot of research online. We came across Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge will be turning 16 soon. We have visited several Jeep dealerships and done a lot of research online. We came across Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram and stopped in on our way to Tennessee. When we arrived at Lake Norman Chrysler, we were already about 5 minutes past their closing time but yet we were still helped and treated with great care. Maggie let us look at the Jeep that we wanted as well as let us test drive it. Following the test drive, Maggie set us down and talked to us about prices and let us look at different price scenarios. Overall, Maggie was VERY helpful and friendly and the dealership itself was very nice and inviting. We initially spoke with Sam over the phone after inquiring about a particular Jeep and he was very helpful as well which is another reason we decided to stop Lake Norman on our way to Tennessee. Great dealership and awesome new car incentives!!!!!! More

Our family needs had grown to the point of needing to add an additional car to the driving mix. With three daughters, two of them driving, we wanted to make sure that our vehicle choice would be one that co an additional car to the driving mix. Maggie, our sales associate, was very helpful and patient with us as we tested out various vehicles and driving scenarios. We selected a new 2014 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon and drove it home that evening. After spending some time behind the wheel of this Jeep and discovering how much fun it is to drive, I decided to trade in my truck and buy another Rubicon. So, in the span of three days we became a two Jeep family! My husband called the dealership and spoke to Maggie and told her what we were interested in purchasing. Other than seeing another truck to get an idea between regular cab and crew cab, I was totally set on the one and only vehicle she had shown me, that's how dead on she was with what I wanted. I was totally pleased at the vehicle's style and all the incredible functions included. Maggie was able to work with me quickly so that I didn't spend long hours in the dealership. She even encouraged me to bring my dog along because he was considered in the purchase as well. The experience was very pleasant and she was knowledgable, quick and responsive to my questions during the entire transaction. I would highly recommend dealing with Maggie in future transactions. More

We were greeted immediately at the door. Craig was very personable and took an interest in us and what we were searching for. He has a great connection with customers. There was no hint of being disingenu personable and took an interest in us and what we were searching for. He has a great connection with customers. There was no hint of being disingenuous or aggressive. Knowledgable about the vehicle for only working there ~ 2 months and he was candid about that and that he was still learning. When we opted for a different model due to price point there was no hassle and he and the team immediatley sought another option to keep us as customers. Brian was helpful in change out tags and getting vehicle ready as well. Maggie stayed around to see how the process was going as we were last to leave on a Sunday evening. She was orginially referred to us but was with a customer. christina was very personable and helpful in breaking down the financing process and was able to get us a lower monthly payment and extended warranty. We would recommend Lake Norman Jeep to anyone. Brian More
