I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. When I went back to pick up the vehicle, I noticed that the tires were not rotated, and was told by the service advisor that I would have to replace When I went back to pick up the vehicle, I noticed that the tires were not rotated, and was told by the service advisor that I would have to replace the lug nuts as they were swollen. The next day I took the vehicle to a tire shop and was told that the lug nuts were fine, so I decided to check the oil levels, and the antifreeze is still below min levels, so I don’t think they even changed the oil. This was my third time going to the dealership and finally after the 3rd visit and changing the associate i was able to get the repairs done which should’ve been done on my first visit driving around finally after the 3rd visit and changing the associate i was able to get the repairs done which should’ve been done on my first visit driving around with a bad cam shaft is crazy especially after telling the same guy twice “Kia” that something is wrong with my car and getting shoved out twice! The second guy that helped me on my 3rd visit is aces! More
