So what are going to do about this ? I don't like the fact that I was forced ( that was at least my impression) to purchase a TLP for $499 . If that is really your policy that every customer must buy this ( which I would question the legality of) then I would at least expect to be provided the proper paperwork to see what kind of coverage I actually did purchase. Preferably I would like to just get refunded the $499 and not get the TLP. Looks like you have had complaints about this to the BBB from other customers before. I haven't contacted BBB yet, but might have to do this step if this doesn't get resolved. The fact that I am suspecting that the car that I just bought yesterday has a bad ball bearing does not improve my impression of your dealership either. By the way I also left a message about the $ 499 TLP on the "Contact Us" section of you website. Just so you know that this is about the same issue.
