While we were there for a recall a woman was very upset and was loud in the lobby. It was upsetting to the people there and no one that worked there took her and her son into their office to listen to her and was loud in the lobby. It was upsetting to the people there and no one that worked there took her and her son into their office to listen to her complaint so the rest of us had to hear the whole ordeal. We felt very bad for the elderly woman and her son. We felt that the Nissan employees handled this situation very poorly. More
