Customer Service I was recently car shopping and have been going back and forth with Mak and he was very persistent in helping me get into a new vehicle. I was interested in a specific car and came across the Jaguar E pace. He introduced me to the vehicle and was very informative about it along with a great deal. He let me test drive the car and I fell in love with it! He was extremely helpful and answered all my questions and still does till this day if I need something! He didn’t push me into a vehicle...simply asked what I was looking for in a vehicle, went over my options, and helped me to make an informed decision on my own timeline. I actually didn’t plan on buying for about 6 more months, but was so impressed with the whole process that I ended up moving forward sooner. Joe, the manager, also made it a point to say hello and welcome me to the Rover family, great guy! Will definitely be back and have already referred a friend.
