Unlike sales and service that I have incurred anywhere else, or ever, this dealership TRULY understands the phrase "customer service" and exemplifies it in word and deed. I ordered a Range Rover Sport - H else, or ever, this dealership TRULY understands the phrase "customer service" and exemplifies it in word and deed. I ordered a Range Rover Sport - HST for my significant other and the experience was great! Mack ( now the Sales Manager) was patient, kind and thoughtful with us as he guided us through the purchasing process. Don, in your service department, has been nothing short of fantastic as he provides us maintenance, repairs and advice in keeping this vehicle running like it did when she drove it off the lot in 2020. When my jaguar F pace lease expired Our previous salesperson told us to not waste my time looking for a new vehicle as it was virtually impossible to obtain cars amidst the chip crisis. So we extend salesperson told us to not waste my time looking for a new vehicle as it was virtually impossible to obtain cars amidst the chip crisis. So we extended at least by six months. in the meantime the key fab battery died and needed replacing. When visiting the service center at Jaguar of Troy I thought I’d peek in the showroom on the off chance they may have a vehicle. I wasn’t thinking about another jaguar or Range Rover because of what our previous sales person told us. Upon entering the show room Mak was in his office and made himself available immediately. I let him know the situation and indicated I should probably look at some options for a new car for delivery six months in the future. Mak seemed to make the impossible happen! With A little luck time and patience I had a new car within 24 hours. Mak created and executed a solution quickly, professionally, and without hesitation. After speaking with Mak who was super helpful over the phone, I drove 3hrs to find a vehicle I searched for 2 months. The car was in immaculate condition. Mak and all the sales people were very friendly a phone, I drove 3hrs to find a vehicle I searched for 2 months. The car was in immaculate condition. Mak and all the sales people were very friendly and willing to help. I’m pretty sure they washed the car a second time. I highly recommend this dealership if you appreciate great customer service.
