The transaction, from the moment I first contacted him till the moment I got a car delivered to my home, took a little over 24 hours. At the contract signing took about 10 minutes and there were no surprises and all the amounts we agreed on were correct. I will use the service of this car dealer in the future for sure and highly recommend it for others to use!!! More

As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by Max and he immediately made me feel at ease. After discussing with him the model, options and previous dealings I had with several Audi dealers, Max delivered a price below theirs with no hidden costs or charges. Max was friendly, knowledgeable and up front with the lease price and charges. I am a very satisfied customer, and I would definitely do business with Max again, and recommend him to family and friends. Job well done! More

First time car buyer, great experience After a not so pleasant experience at a dealership (long story short, over the top/pushy salesman quoted me a price which I agreed to a week later, ho After a not so pleasant experience at a dealership (long story short, over the top/pushy salesman quoted me a price which I agreed to a week later, however, he denied ever giving me that price even though I had it written down), I found Xclusive off of SwapALease.com. With very little expectations, I called Xclusive and spoke with Max. I told him the cars I was interested in and my recent experience at the dealership. I got a completely different vibe and attitude from him - not pushy, more educational, told me about the process of leasing a car, all the paperwork he would need, etc. He actually talked me out of a more expensive car, which I'm glad he did since although I wanted the car, it didn't necessarily fit my budget or my needs. When I decided on a car, Max walked me through the entire process and assured me that the color and everything I wanted in my car, it will be. Plus, not only was he able to honor the original price the salesman from the dealership quoted me, he got me an upgraded version of the car (i.e. sunroof, navigation system). After all the paperwork went through, which was fairly simple (I filled out all applications and paperwork over the phone and faxed over my license) I told him my desired delivery date. And sure enough, on the delivery date and time, two guys came to my apartment with my brand new 2017 car. The guy who dropped it off walked me through all the formalities and within about 20 minutes, I was driving my car around the block. Coming from someone who is very hesitant about being scammed or "if it's too good to be true it probably is", I have to admit, it was anything but that. Max and his team were great. I will be a repeat customer in the future. More
