I was not impressed with the customer service I received at all and thought it was down right unprofessional. I decided to bring my car in to the dealership instead of just taking it to Walmart, assuming th at all and thought it was down right unprofessional. I decided to bring my car in to the dealership instead of just taking it to Walmart, assuming that I would receive great customer service and care for my car. Now I feel like I paid double the cost for worst service than I would have received at Walmart. Communication was horrendous and absolutely ridiculous. The first thing I said was...I'm here to see about getting an oil change. He just starts putting the tag in the car and taking down info off car. I had to ask him how much it was going to be? Then what does that include? Then about the multi purpose check. I felt like I was having to pull simple information out of him and started to leave but drove out of my way for ur particular shop because I liked ur customer service in the past. At check out he was like just sign here and I had to ask what I was signing. No explanation of nothing. I asked was the multi purpose check done? He said yeah. I simply went spray wiper solution and nothing came out so that was a lie it wasn't done which I had already suspected. I was so pissed I took it to another chevy dealer. I hate to be mean but I'm not sure if he likes his job or was just lazy but customer service is not his forte. I even had to ask him, his name. More
