The ignition to my truck quit working. We thought someone had tried to steal it so it was taken to the body shop where Mr Reavis said he didn't think someone had attempted to steal it. It was then parked in the lot where it remained untouched for 8 days. On a Thursday we came to find out what was being done. I found the truck in the lot and inquired with the service department what was being done. They had no idea that the truck was even there. When we checked with the service writer they got it in the shop checked it and found that the ignition had come apart. We finally got the truck back the next day after the ignition was repaired. The total bill was over 900 dollars, 865 after they gave us a 10 percent discount. Our truck was kept for two weeks when the problem should have been corrected in two days. More

The worst service my car was not repaired under the the extended warranty insurance promoted by dealership.. No loaner car was ever offered i spent over $4000.00 out of my pocket.
