Great experience. Love the car and staff was very friendly. Malcolm Waller was the person that I worked with while looking to purchase a vehicle. I also enjoyed working with the lady in the Financial department but unfortunately I don't remember her name. I am enjoying my purchase and glad I decided to finance through the dealership. My experience was very disappointing. Once, I completed the online application for financing sitting with Malcom on a Wednesday evening. There was no follow up at all from him. The service department calle the online application for financing sitting with Malcom on a Wednesday evening. There was no follow up at all from him. The service department called me because I had placed a hold on my service until I received an answer on my application. Troy actually called Malcom for me. Instead of Malcom calling me he tells Troy to tell me no I wasn’t approved. Troy then tells the customer service representative for the service department to notify me. Where is the confidentiality? Where is the follow-up? Where is the customer care? More
