Malik made the process of buying a car so easy and straightforward. He answered all our questions and walked us through every step of the process. Their billboard on the highway says “Car buying as it should be” and it is 100% correct. This was the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience we have had in many many years!! He took time to listen to us and walk us through all of our options. He was so patient - it took us a bit to really make a final decision on which vehicle we wanted. Their online tool was great - we knew exactly what we would be paying for our lease and we’re able to plug in different additional coverage/protection plan options to make sure it fit our budget. Everyone we had the opportunity of meeting at Liberty was a pleasure to work with. There were no sneaky sales techniques, no high pressure moves - just transparent pricing and guidance when we asked opinions on which vehicles might fit us best. It’s clear these folks love the product and actually enjoy the company the company the work for. More
