Paul’s extremely patient and professional demeanor made us feel very comfortable throughout every step of the process. His presentation of our options was exactly what we wanted and needed. He prepared all of the information we requested to make a financial analysis of the two vehicles we were comparing, parked both cars side-by-side on the lot, and patiently reviewed with us all of the differences so that we could make a truly educated decision about which vehicle was right for our family. We never felt pressured by Paul. We felt that he truly wanted us to be happy and to have the car that was right for us. We trusted him throughout the entire experience and will recommend to anyone we meet that is interested in acquiring a vehicle, that they meet with Paul so that they too can have an excellent experience. We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Paul. When the vehicle was delivered, Mallory Meyer went over every detail of the car and its systems with us, making sure that we understood how to use all of the features our Escalade has to offer, even some we didn't know were there!
